Poison Oak in My Front Yard?

How did this get into my front yard?!?!!
SO glad I was paying close attention to the weeds I was pulling out of the ground before I just reached and grabbed this. AND that I remembered the little "leaves of three, let them be" mantra...

    I don't know anything about poison leaves, but now I have backyard, I hope not find some. Thanks for visit my blog, and yes, it breaks my heart.
