Oh, buns!

This post is a tribute to my Aunt Cari. She has many expressions that crack me up. "Oh, buns!" is one of them. It's like, "Oh (insert favorite four letter word here)!" only much more kid-friendly.

This expression of hers popped into my head while I was trying to decide what to applique onto a "new" pair of soaker pants for Anastasia.

She is having a fun, warm time running around the house in these pants that I have been promising for too long. (My serger is really helping me to get through my "to do" pile.) I was pleased to use The Sewing Dork's tutorial for this set of pants--very simple.
